It is important that you choose the correct skip size and type for the waste volume and waste type you have to dispose. Here we have posted photos of the various skips available and their dimensions along with the type of wastes (by weight) that can be carried.

Please note the following when deciding on your skip size requirements:-

Heavy waste (i.e. soils & hardcore) cannot be placed in 10yd3, 12yd3, 14yd3, 16yd3 skips or 35yd3 containers as they will be overloaded and too heavy to pick-up.
Skips & containers will not be collected if overloaded and/or the load is unsafe to transport.
Is your access suitable for the delivery/collection lorry ? (refer to our skip vehicle specification page).
